If you have new evidence before an exam board has met, you should submit it for consideration by the school with an explanation as to why it could not be submitted at the time of making the original claim.  If the new evidence become available after the exam board has met, you would need to include it as part of an academic appeal submission, including the reasons you were unable to supply the information at the time.
