Professional academic staff assess students’ work to make a judgement about the quality of work against an agreed marking scheme. Marking will be checked by others to ensure fairness and consistency. Decisions made by the university will follow relevant university regulation, policy or procedure. The final mark or decision will be considered as reasonable judgement by an academic expert.
