If your student card is handed into a Student Service Centre, the Frontline Services team will contact you using your university email address to let you know how to collect your card.
Lost cards are also sometimes handed to the Security Office next to Hallward Library.
If your card is definitely lost or stolen it is your responsibility to report your card as lost or stolen to the university card office by emailing universitycard@nottingham.ac.uk immediately.
This will ensure that your lost or stolen card can be blocked and prevent unauthorised use. Replacement cards need to be ordered through the online store at a cost of £15.
