If you need to change your modules after module enrolment has closed, please see the rules for exceptional amendments on the Get help with module enrolment webpage.

You can request a change to modules if you have too few credits, or too many credits, or are enrolled on a module not permitted by your course.

In addition if you fulfil the following criteria you can request a change to modules:

  • If there is a Timetable issue, which means the original choice is now NOT possible.

  • Where the original choice does not meet the programme regulations.

  • If you have missing credits required for your programme of study

  • Where an amendment is supported by your Senior Tutor/DLO because there would be a well-being concern if the change was not allowed.

If your circumstances meet the criteria above please use the exceptional amendment form to request a change to your modules - this is available on our website.

If you don’t meet these criteria but would like to change your modules after the module enrolment period for the following semester, you will be able to do so during the Change of Mind period, which occurs at the start of each semester. For dates and times of upcoming enrolment periods please visit the Module enrolment webpages.
